The New York Chapter of CoreNet Global is a proud sponsor of Urban Green Council's The Building Blocks of Sustainable Ops on May 17, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Bloomberg.  Learn the key components of a sustainable and profitable operations and maintenance program from New York City’s most successful owners and operators.  This half-day training, developed by Urban Green Council and experts at Hines, Jones Lang LaSalle, Jonathan Rose Companies and NYC DCAS, will arm you with actionable strategies for greening your operations.  This event is structured as a course broken into multiple presentations shedding light on the essential building blocks of sustainable Operations: Proper Operations, Training and Education, and Oversight and Accountability.  It’s a chance to participate in an “O&M how-to” developed by the region’s experts. Participants will also receive a summary of the presentations and highlights from the day following the event.
