The second panel discussion focuses on how companies are planning on adjusting their work environment, both short and long term, to function in a post-COVID New York City.  Corporations are exploring how they address their employee concerns to insure a safe and productive workplace once they step off the elevator.  Todd DeGarmo, from STUDIOS Architecture, utilizes his expertise on design and planning
 to chair the panel discussion consisting of Real Estate Leaders from COG/ Macquarie Group, Leesman, and Google.  Each firm offers insight on what measures they are implementing day one, what happens when occupancy levels increase over time, and how COVID 19 will impact the future design geography of their work environments.
