On the evening of Tuesday, November 29, Tracy McEachern, a renowned Real Estate leader will discuss global trends affecting real estate, their implications and how to respond to those trends.
During this interactive discussion you will learn about effective practices for communicating across borders including both written (email) and spoken communication. We will discuss differences between various cultures regarding norms such as uncertainty avoidance, performance orientation, workplace assertiveness, individualism versus teaming, communication context, and more.
We will also share some best practices for both written and spoken communication. The session will conclude with sharing a new learning, tip or technique that can be utilized to improve communication with global colleagues, clients and others.
