Vijay Ramcharitar is a Corporate Real Estate professional based out of the New York metro area and a graduate of Hofstra University.
Vijay is a Real Estate Manager at music streaming giant Spotify, Vijay has an aggregate of 10 years of professional experience, 7 of which are in the field of corporate real estate. At Spotify, he manages a portfolio of over 80 locations across the globe and is responsible for strategic planning, transaction management, and lease administration functions. Prior to Spotify, Vijay spent almost 5 years at Conde Nast Publications with his most prolific project being the transaction, grand opening, and move into 1 World Trade Center. While his start in real estate may have been on a whim at CA Technologies, Vijay enjoys the field and pushes to expand his knowledge base in the disciplines of real estate, finance, and legal by self-study, mentorship, and continued education.
