Unconscious Bias in the Workplace

Through video clips and interactive exercises we will explore the meaning and types of unconscious bias such as gender, age and diversity we encounter in the workplace. Drawing from Amy Cuddy’s research on Warmth and Competence, we will examine our initial reactions to individuals to learn and identify unconscious bias and practice skill-based methodology to manage these instances.
