This would allow developers to build to a maximum density of roughly 30 percent more than what is currently permitted and for taller buildings to be constructed near Grand Central Terminal.

Come join Dan Garodnick and the SPP Committee of CoreNet NYC as we discuss the past, present and future of Midtown East.
