The Education Committee has two primary goals: first, to design and implement chapter-level learning programs, and second, to act as a resource center and advocate for the CoreNet Global learning programs.
At the chapter level, we hold periodic seminars which provide focused training and insights concerning the New York City commercial real estate market. These are often held at - and in conjunction with - New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. We also implement a variety of professional development courses and seminars through the CoRE Workshops program offered to local chapters by CoreNet Global.
The pinnacle of CoreNet Global learning is centered on two professional designation programs: the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SCLR). The Education Committee encourages our chapter members to pursue these valuable designations, and we are available to answer questions about the programs.
